The Arms
The hands symbolise manipulation in this world, the lower arm manipulation in the next world, and the upper arm manipulation in the third world.
The fingers and thumbs on each hand relate to the five trees.
The Legs
The foot symbolises mobility in this world, the lower leg mobility in the next world, and the upper leg mobility in the third world. Therefore walking and running symbolise moving in all three of these worlds.
The foot protrudes forwards because in order to progress in the material world we need to in a way protrude into this world, for example by volunteering for things, meeting new people, trying new things, etc.
