There are five trees associated with each person, located in the third world. The nerves throughout the body represent them. The number five corresponds with how we have five fingers on each hand and five toes on each foot – there are five main paradigms in which we know and worship God. The understanding of these trees came from Bahá'í meditation (see this talk from Paris Talks).
Tree of the Love of God
Tree of Faith
Tree of Knowledge
Tree of Friendship
Our mother comprises the lower part of this tree because physically we originate from her, so in a way she is our first and most fundamental friend.
Tree of Deeds
This tree is made up of all the deeds we have done throughout our lives and not been forgiven for.
